The constant theme throughout Devendra’s 30 year career in the Financial Industry has been his performance coaching, both in the corporate environment as well as in a private capacity.

Devendra’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential is from the International Coach Federation. He is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in business management and development and project management.

Having lived and worked in India, UK and Singapore, Devendra is fully equipped to successfully coach individuals from diverse levels, disciplines and cultures.

Devendra’s collaborative and influence based management style has made him an effective Coach, utilizing his significant cultural skills to enhance his clients’ understanding and performance. His professional approach to coaching, including giving non-judgmental feedback in a direct manner while injecting a degree of humour when appropriate, allows exploration and creation of new paradigms and behaviours to achieve desired outcomes.
