Through my travels I am acutely aware of the stark inequalities that scar society and am committed to making a difference for those mired in poverty and disadvantage.
To this end I have challenged my art, donating all sale proceeds (after reducing only the cost of prints and frames sold) to worthy charities. This has been up to 88% of gross sales.
Any photos purchased by you will be treated in exactly the same way – the price minus cost of print / frame will be donated to the charity of your choice. For purchase enquiry or interest please contact me.
Charities supported through my last two exhibitions:
The Agape Orphanage and Learning Center is located in Mae Sot in Thailand near the Myanmar border. It provides a home for orphaned and abandoned children as well as a school for them and other less fortunate children in the area.
St Andrews Autism Center is a school for autistic children in
Singapore. It is supported by the Anglican church of Singapore.
SIITA Nest Mother’s Love Home is a refuge for Aids orphans in Jinja, Uganda. Run by the
remarkable Alice Kisolo, children here also get education and vocational training.
Bishan Home provides care and a home for intellectually
challenged adults in Singapore. While the residents get professional
care their families are able to have peace of mind and improved
quality of life.
